Shipping & Returns

Accepting Returns or Exchanges within 30 Days.

You can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Shipping Charges are nonrefundable.

Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Bangles and watches that have been engraved are not eligible for return. 

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

To return a jewelry item to Gold Craft Inc., follow our steps below:

RETURN OR EXCHANGING OF AN ITEM WHICH IS WITHIN THE 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT

Returning or Exchanging an item needs to be in the same condition as shipped to you. Please specify if its an exchange or a return.

RETURNING
  • You need a return authorization. Email us at contact@goldcraftinc.com. We will give you an return authorization number which you will display in the  box. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. We will not take any items back without an approval with RA#.
  • Make sure the package requires SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, INSURED and will have a TRACKING NUMBER. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  • We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. Do not write Jewelry anywhere on the box.
EXCHANGING
  • You need to contact us to approve an Exchange. Email us at contact@goldcraftinc.com. Or call the corporate office at 213-623-5460. Make sure the item you would like to exchange it for is in stock and discuss the price difference with our customer support team. 
  • Make sure the package requires SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, INSURED and will have a TRACKING NUMBER. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  • Include a note with your instructions for the exchange. If you are changing to a new item, please include the stock number of the new item.

Items that are damaged or are used do not qualify for return policy.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back within 14 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are usually processed within 3-5 Business Days. WHOLESALE ORDERS might take longer due to the fact that we might need time to make the items or order the products.
  •  All Delivery times are Monday through Friday not including Saturday and Sunday.
  • Signature is Required on all orders over $300.00 regardless of any waivers you have from UPS. 
  • All packages are insured, to cover any claims with lost packages. 
  • All orders come with free ground shipping with UPS except for Hawaii and Alaska, expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

We can ship your orders to an address other than your billing address.  Start Your Business In No Time. We will drop ship for you. You need to log in create an account and fill out wholesalers form and specify that you are a drop shipper on the comments section.
 
 
We reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to anyone who does not comply with our shipping policies.
